Shipping 

We are pleased to make our handmade primitives available for online purchase.  Most orders (with the exception of custom furniture) are filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt, through USPS or UPS, whichever is more cost effective.  We will promptly notify you if an item is temporarily out of stock and you will have the option of either receiving a refund, or having the item shipped when it is back in stock.

Payment 

Forms of payment we accept:  MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  Your credit card purchases will be processed securely through PayPal.  If you prefer not to order online, you may call us at 815-736-9820 to place your order.

While we do not currently offer online sales outside the US, please feel free to call or email us, and I'm sure we can get the item to you.

* Please note that our items are country primitive. It is the nature of our products to have small cracks in the wood, rusty tin, and to look "old" and "worn." All sizes listed on product descriptions are approximate. Fabrics and colors may vary slightly.Colonial Hill Primitives and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Colonial Hill Primitives does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All items purchased from Colonial Hill Primitives are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

The buyer assumes all responsibility for determining the suitability of all products, sold by Colonial Hill Primitives, for their specific use. Colonial Hill Primitives assumes no liability for damage or injury resulting from the use of these products sold or supplied by this company. Colonial Hill Primitives is not responsible for shipper damage.

Refunds

We hope you're pleased with your purchase.  If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.  Returns are at the sole discretion of Colonial Hill Primitives.  Dissatisfaction due to design or color are never refundable.  Be sure you know what you are ordering. If elements of design are left up to the discretion of Colonial Hill Primitives by the customers request, and the customer is dissatisfied, it is still non-returnable.   Customer satisfaction and a high quality product are our top priorities, however, we are a sight unseen customizing business and buyer purchases knowing products are non-returnable except for gross miscalculation by Colonial Hill Primitives in size (34” long not 54” long), color (blue not red) or design (flat panel not board n batten).

Returns must be received, in its new and unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Safeguard your purchase against damage or loss in the mail by insuring it.  Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping is not reimbursed. 

 Although we pack every item as carefully as possible, occasionally, an item may arrive damaged.  If this happens, please retain all original packing material, and notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
